Tomorrow, I get back into my half-marathon training. I took time off for my drama queen of a stomach, and now I’m aching to dive into my long runs. I have a habit of literally diving in….. Going from almost 0 to 6 miles and then instantly regretting it whenever I have to use my knees. But hey! I figure one week off isn’t too much damage.

Do not try this at home. Idiocy only performed by young, impatient stupids who like pain and think they’re invincible.
