Calories

I found this pretty helpful. I don’t usually diet. I just run and exercise a bunch. So usually, I end up eating a lot throughout the day to make up for burnt calories. And usually, I end up taking advantage of the “run and exercise a bunch” part.

So I will be using this massive picture to help me stay at least a little bit on track. At least I’m trying to get excited about carrots.
